Built in 1909, Hotel Drei Könige has retained its charm to this day. Our long-standing tradition is very important to us, but of course we also keep up with the times. Come by – and let yourself be pampered by director Thomas Hostettler and his team. Bye for now!

The property Bruchstrasse 35 is bought by Katharina and Xaver Stirnimann from the Bossard family

1948
Acquisition of the property by Hedwig Stirnimann and Fritz Hostettler. In addition, the properties Klosterstrasse 10 / 10a are purchased – today’s Hotel Drei Könige.

Purchase of the staff house at Klosterstrasse 8 by Hedwig and Fritz Hostettler-Stirnimann

Takeover of the company as management by Doris and Hugo Hostettler-Widmer.

Acquisition of all properties by Doris and Hugo Hostettler-Widmer

Reorganization staff house in the Klosterstrasse 8 in 9 hotel rooms and a shop area on the ground floor

1984 – 1986
Major renovation in the restaurant area. Opening Hugos restaurant, as well as renovation of the first 10 hotel rooms. Modernization of infrastructure, heating, ventilation, lifts etc.

1992 – 1993
Complete reconstruction of the Hotel Drei Könige, facade, roof insulation etc.

Lease of the restaurant operation and concentration on Garni Hotel in the three star area.
